Terms e Conditions
Maximum Occupancy
The property can accommodate up to 4 guests.
A fifth guest is accepted only if it is a child sharing a bed with the parents or sleeping in a crib.
Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The remaining 50% balance, along with a €500 security deposit, must be received no later than 7 days before arrival.
The deposit, balance, and security payment may be made by bank transfer or PayPal.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.

Minimum stay – Low season (from November 1st to March 31st): 2 nights
Minimum stay – Mid season (from April 1st to June 14th and from September 16th to October 30th): 3 nights
Minimum stay – High season (from June 15th to September 15th): 6 nights
